We are seeking a motivated, professional, and client-focused insurance agent who is passionate about helping individuals, families, and Medicare beneficiaries find the right healthcare coverage.

*About the Role*

As a Licensed Medicare & ACA Health Insurance Sales Agent, you will educate clients on Medicare and Individual & Family Plan options, conduct needs-based consultations, assist with enrollments, and provide ongoing service throughout the year.

You will work with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, Marketplace (ACA) plans, dental, vision, and ancillary products while helping clients navigate an often-confusing healthcare landscape.

*ResponsibilitiesMedicare Sales*

● Educate Medicare beneficiaries regarding Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans.

● Conduct annual policy reviews and assist clients during AEP, OEP, and Special Enrollment Periods.

● Explain provider networks, formularies, premiums, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs.

● Complete compliant Medicare enrollments and maintain required CMS documentation.

*Individual & Family Plan Sales (ACA)*

● Assist individuals and families with Marketplace health insurance enrollment.

● Determine subsidy eligibility and explain plan options.

● Guide clients through Open Enrollment and Special Enrollment Periods.

● Educate consumers on deductibles, copays, HSA-qualified plans, provider networks, and cost-sharing structures.

*Client Relationship Management*

● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

● Manage leads and opportunities using company CRM systems.

● Conduct follow-up appointments and annual policy reviews.

● Participate in community events, educational workshops, and marketing initiatives.

● Provide exceptional customer service before and after enrollment.

*QualificationsRequired*

● Active Colorado Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Professional phone presence and presentation skills.

● Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a simple manner.

● Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

● Reliable transportation.

● Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

*Preferred*

● Medicare sales experience.

● ACA Marketplace enrollment experience.

● AHIP Certification.

● Experience using CRM systems and online enrollment platforms.

● Bilingual (Spanish preferred but not required).
