Before becoming an agent, I spent 10 years as a State Farm team member, gaining valuable experience and developing a passion for helping customers and building strong teams.

I earned my degree from University of Houston and am married, my husband is also part of the agency team. Outside of work, I’m a passionate advocate for animals and regularly foster and rescue pets. We even have an office dog, Luna, who helps make the office a fun and welcoming place to work.

Giving back to the community is very important to me. As a YMCA board member, I help support fundraising efforts for local children, including back-to-school backpack and school supply drives. I’m also actively involved with animal rescue organizations and enjoy supporting causes that make a difference in the lives of both people and animals.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brittaney Allen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
