What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you will act as a consultative partner to our clients, driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships across your assigned segment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
● Master the Industry: Kickstart your success by passing the title insurance license exam. You will maintain a high level of professional knowledge by continuously investing in your own learning, attending educational workshops, and participating in professional societies. ● Drive Revenue & Manage Accounts: Act as a true consultative sales professional. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s sales efforts within your assigned accounts to successfully drive revenue growth. ● Own the Sales Pipeline: Take full ownership of the activities that drive your sales and gross margin quotas. This includes active prospecting, account strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management using proven lead-based sales techniques. ● Provide Strategic Guidance: Deliver deep value to your customers by providing expert advice on industry best practices and perfectly aligning Land Title's services with your clients' long-term strategies. ● Identify & Capture New Business: Continuously analyze market reporting to spot emerging opportunities. You will be responsible for developing, presenting, and executing targeted sales strategies to increase target market sales and capture new business.

Your Education & Experience
We believe there are specific educational backgrounds and professional experiences necessary or strongly preferred in order to be successful in this position.
Necessary: ● High school diploma or equivalent ● Proficient in clear, professional communication and writing skills ● Experience owning and managing monthly and quarterly team and individual metrics ● Title License will be required as a condition of employment within 90 days of employment with Land Title.
