ASO Roofing Supply is a growing independent roofing distributor serving contractors throughout the Greater Houston area.

We’re looking for a personable, motivated professional who wants to build a long-term career in sales and customer relationships.

This is more than an order-entry position. You’ll become a trusted resource for contractors, learn a high-demand industry, and have opportunities to grow as the company grows.

*Responsibilities*

• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with product inquiries
• Prepare quotes and process customer orders
• Assist walk-in customers at the sales counter
• Build and maintain strong relationships with roofing contractors
• Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities
• Learn roofing products, accessories, and building materials
• Work closely with operations, purchasing, and logistics teams
• Help identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Proficient with computers and basic office software
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Compensation

• $55,000–$65,000 annual salary depending on experience
