Position Overview
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with local businesses, and helping customers discover how SBI's products and services can improve their operations and reduce costs.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door outreach
- Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Present SBI's products, programs, and service offerings
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting activities
- Goal-oriented and driven to succeed
- Sales experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
