We are seeking a professional and customer service focused Service Specialist to join the Opensity Solutions team at our client's downtown office. In this pivotal role you will provide various administrative support which may include copy, print, mail, and courier services. Responsibilties

Opening & Sorting: Open the mail center, power up equipment, and sort incoming mail and packages for scheduled distribution.

Internal Mail Runs: Complete internal mail runs at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM to ensure timely delivery throughout the building.

Accountable Mail Handling: Receive, scan, and deliver accountable mail using tracking software to maintain accuracy and timely processing.

Outgoing Mail Preparation: Prepare outgoing mail ahead of the courier’s scheduled runs at 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM.

Courier Duties: Serve as courier for inter‑office deliveries between client locations (valid driver’s license required; must pass MVR check).

Floor Coordination: Maintain supply areas, restock general office supplies, deliver paper, and perform basic daily upkeep.

Closing Procedures: Complete end‑of‑day tasks such as updating logs, shutting down equipment, and organizing the workspace for the next morning.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

Self‑motivated with a proactive, “self‑starter” attitude

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrates integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality

Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

Strong problem‑solving abilities

Team‑oriented mindset

The Compensation range for this role is up to 21.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
