Sales Marketing Specialist

At Paragon Pro Construction, our team isn’t limited to selling a single service. We provide both exterior home improvements such as roofing, siding, windows, and painting, as well as interior remodeling projects like finishing basements and full home renovations. This multi-trade model, combined with our strong close rates and outstanding customer reviews, creates significantly higher earning potential than most construction companies that only offer one service. Instead of searching for customers for only one type of home remodeling project, our team members can uncover multiple project needs for each homeowner, book more valuable appointments and substantially increase their income as those opportunities turn into completed projects.

The ideal candidate for this role is a great communicator, customer-service oriented, professional, personable, and has an eye for detail. We are a rapidly growing company and have a collaborative, team-spirited atmosphere that focuses on employee growth and professional development. This is an entry level position perfect for kickstarting a highly profitable career in sales, marketing, design and organization management. Please note that this is not an hourly or salaried rate, but a 1099 position.

*Responsibilities *

• Identify renovation needs and generate qualified leads by meeting with homeowners in targeted residential areas
• Generate leads via door-to-door engagement
• Potential opportunities exist for additional lead generation via events, expos, booths, and trade shows
• Schedule homeowners for a free, no obligation estimate
• Other duties as assigned
• 20-30 hours per week (You determine your schedule)
