Compensation

Variable Compensation: Uncapped commission plan, 50% of all new business commissions Fixed Compensation: $45,000 base salary

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in sales, customer service, insurance, or a related field preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable learning CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools Professional, coachable, and motivated to grow in a performance-driven environment Valid driver's license preferred if required for the role

Responsibilities

Build relationships with new and existing clients through phone, email, and in-person communication Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and policy features Assist with quoting, policy changes, renewals, and account updates Identify opportunities to cross-sell or recommend additional coverage based on client needs Follow up with leads, clients, and policyholders in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the CRM system Support the team in delivering a strong client experience while working toward sales and performance goals Continue learning product knowledge, coverage options, and agency processes through hands-on training
