The Opportunity We are looking for a detail-oriented, driven, and proactive Logistic & Account Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and building relationships. You will play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently from supplier to customer—while keeping accounts and data accurate and up to date.

What you will be doing Coordinate daily shipping schedules and keep logistics data updated Verify pricing, process orders, and arrange transportation (bulk and retail) Monitor shipments and track containers to ensure timely deliveries Work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers Troubleshoot delivery issues and find quick, effective solutions Build strong relationships with customers and partners Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records Prepare and update reports and documentation with precision

What you bring Background in logistics, supply chain, or a related field ⏱️ 2–3 years of experience in logistics Strong communication and relationship-building skills Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) A proactive, “get-it-done” attitude
