You’ll be working across three connected brands in the entertainment space. *Loveland Laser Tag* is a 15-year staple in Northern Colorado, recently remodeled and expanded with brand-new mini golf and upgraded guest spaces. *Time Emporium / Looking Glass Escape Lounge* offers immersive escape rooms paired with a bespoke cocktail lounge and private event space for more elevated group experiences. *Laserforce* is a global leader in laser tag systems, known for high-performance equipment and innovative gameplay, serving operators around the world.
*Overview*
This is not a typical sales role.
As a Sales & Guest Experience Manager, you will own the relationship from the first conversation through long-term success. You’ll help guests plan group events across Loveland Laser Tag, Time Emporium Escape Rooms, and Looking Glass Escape Lounge, then ensure those experiences actually deliver.
You will also serve as a Guest Experience Manager for Laserforce, the world's leading laser tag manufacturer, by building relationships with operators after the sale and helping them get the most out of their systems.
This role blends *sales, relationship management, and guest experience ownership*. Success is measured not just by bookings, but by outcomes.
*Duties*
- Respond to and manage inbound inquiries for corporate events, school groups, and youth events
- Guide guests to the right experience based on their needs
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and maintain strong follow-up
- Track and manage leads, bookings, and communication in CRM systems
Guest Experience Management (Laserforce)
- Build and maintain relationships with laser tag operators after purchase
- Proactively engage clients to improve their experience and results
- Identify opportunities to help clients get more value from their system
- Act as a trusted partner (not technical support)
General Responsibilities
- Maintain organized communication across multiple conversations and priorities
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth execution of events and client needs
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and guest experience
*Experience*
- Required: Prior experience in group event sales and hospitality
- Preferred: Experience with family entertainment centers or related facilities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow through consistently
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic software tools
*Compensation*
This role is hourly plus commission. Base pay ranges from $18–$22/hour depending on experience. In addition, you’ll earn 5% commission on total group and event sales you manage. Total compensation typically falls in the $48K–$70K+ range.
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
