What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled physical therapy for children with genetic, neurological, cognitive, and orthopedic needs in home and community settings.
- Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to help kids reach their goals.
- Educate and support families, empowering them to take an active role in care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Maintain clear and timely documentation.
- Supervise assistants when needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Texas Physical Therapy License.
- New graduates are welcome to apply – we provide mentorship and training!
- CPR Certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- PTA supervisory experience is preferred, but training is available.
