We have an amazing opportunity for a Project Coordinator What we offer The Project Coordinator role is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week from 7:30-4:00 Mon-Fri (some flexibility on start and end time). A Day in the Life
- File management and ensuring all information is updated and accurate.
- Collection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant information.
- Ensure all calls and information is directed to the correct person.
- Lead and track the Departments AP and AR
- Manage various project related documents
- Track and report inventory allocation.
- Maintain employee paperwork
- Other duties as required/assigned.
What you bring
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative/project type of role
- Construction Environment considered a strong asset.
- Invoicing experience
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs
