Job Description
Responsibilities
1: Receive telephone calls and refer them to the appropriate individual or department. 2: Take and transcribe messages to ensure prompt transmission to the appropriate party. 3: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate individual. 4: Provide general information about the organization to outside callers (e.g., applicants, and vendors). 5: May ensure that a visitor's log is maintained and issue visitor's badges.

Qualifications
Education: High School or equivalent required.Experience: 1 year of related experience preferred. Management Experience: N/A Skills & Abilities: Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of personal computer use, Microsoft Office Suite, use of office equipment. Standard typing skills required. Ability to work on a team. Travel: None or very little.
- Combination of candidate’s education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description’s minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).
------------------------- Physical Requirements: Physical requirements are those present in normal office environment conditions. Operational flexibility is required to meet sudden and unpredictable needs. Ability to use a personal computer, applicable software, and office equipment for sustained periods of time. May include sitting for long periods of time, driving a vehicle, and working under challenging conditions.
