About The Opportunity

The 60x100 Automaton Operator is responsible for pulling litho from storage, managing reporting, performing set-ups, and checking for quality.Essential functions:

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
• Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines
• Check quality of product for:
• Register under the mylar
• Print copy to match to print card
• Overall good application and appearance
• Color variations
• Restack and load labels by hand
• Set up machine for production runs
• Repair or assist maintenance in the repair of machine as necessary
• Check finished product for quality per customer specifications
• Play an active role in the maintenance and cleanliness of assigned equipment and surrounding work area
• Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors

• Safety sensitive position – ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business
• Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed
• Ability to effectively work in teams
• Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles
• Ability to read a tape measure/ruler
• Good mathematical skills
• Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to the job
• Troubleshooting skills
• This is a 1st shift position:  Core hours are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• This position requires to work overtime
• The anticipated hourly range for the position is $21.31 - $28.76/hr., depending on experience and qualifications
