Are you a licensed Nursing Home Administrator who believes leadership is about serving others first?

What You’ll Do

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the center’s operations
• Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, and teamwork
• Lead and develop department heads and frontline associates
• Ensure compliance with all regulations
• Drive quality outcomes and satisfaction
• Manage financial performance
• Build strong community relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Active Georgia Nursing Home Administrator license
• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
• Skilled nursing leadership experience
• Strong regulatory knowledge
• Servant leadership mindset
