Account Executive - Portland, OR (Metro Area)

Kickstart Your Sales Career with Quadient

Candidates must reside in or be commutable to Portland, OR for local travel to assigned customer accounts at least 2-3 days a week, non-field days are worked from home. A valid driver’s license is required.

Compensation

• Base salary ($60-65k) + uncapped commissions (estimated OTE=$123k)
• Additional compensation: monthly car allowance, mileage reimbursement, and a one‑time remote stipend.

• Identify and nurture leads using digital tools, marketing campaigns, and CRM systems
• Support the sales cycle by presenting Quadient solutions to key decision-makers
• Engage with C-Suite leaders and influencers to understand their business needs
• Deliver clear communication to internal partners and external clients
• Collaborate across departments to support strong customer experiences

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with MS Word, Excel, or CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
