Coordinates the operations of all production departments in the unit. Ensures that production meets the goals of product quality, cost effectiveness, safe conditions, and customer satisfaction. Reports issues regarding production, quality, maintenance, or personnel problems.

We're seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operations at our Vinita Park, Missouri facility. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a well-established department as a longtime supervisor transitions into retirement. You'll help lead a skilled production team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the safe, efficient manufacturing of world-class copper tube products.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and customer service goals are achieved.
• Supervise hourly production employees and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and engagement.
• Monitor production performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to resolve equipment, process, and personnel challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, work instructions, and operational procedures.
• Support employee training, onboarding, performance coaching, and documentation.
• Assist with troubleshooting production equipment and supporting emergency breakdown situations when needed.
• Maintain staffing coverage and provide leadership support across shifts as necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on efficiency, quality, and workplace safety.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, or operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and continuous improvement principles.
• Ability to work on the production floor in varying conditions and environments throughout the year.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education or supervisory training is a plus.
