Team Staffing Specialist

The Team Staffing Specialist is tasked with sourcing and interviewing practice manager and support staff talent, assessing technical skill level, and assembling inaugural teams for our newly constructed UrgentVet practices nationwide. This position requires strong project management skills and a sense of urgency for quickly-approaching deadlines. Prior experience as a Veterinary Technician and Practice Management is required for this role . Due to the nature of this role, this position requires a high level of professionalism, communication, attention to detail, forward-thinking, and a strong command of the English language. Since this is a growing division, applicants with an open mind and ability to adapt to new situations are strongly encouraged. This is a remote position reporting to the Director of Team Staffing. Therefore, time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across departments in a remote setting is paramount. Occasional travel (5-10%) to events and team meetings may be required for this role.
