✅ Qualifications:
- ✅ Automotive industry experience is REQUIRED
- ✅ Minimum 1 year as an automotive manager
- ✅ Minimum 3 years of total automotive experience
- ✅ Deep understanding of lender programs, F&I laws, and compliance procedures
- ✅ Strong communication, closing, and negotiation skills
- ✅ High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence
- ✅ Preferred experience with CDK and Eleads
