At Ruby Hill Golf Club, we take pride in creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests. A clean, welcoming environment is a key part of that experience, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.

Position Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all clubhouse facilities, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and inviting environment for members, guests, and team members. This position plays an important role in upholding the high standards of excellence that Ruby Hill is known for.

Essential Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, offices, meeting rooms, and other clubhouse spaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.
• Replenish restroom and housekeeping supplies as needed.
• Clean windows, mirrors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs promptly.
• Follow all cleaning procedures and safety guidelines, including proper chemical handling.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and event setup or breakdown as needed.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to maintain a first-class member experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while interacting with members, guests, and fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay Range: $16.90 - $30.00
