- Monday - Friday 7:30 Am to 4:30 Pm

Under the direction of the PMT Manager, the incumbent will safely manage all branch logistics, including shipping, receiving, parts, and equipment inventory. This position is responsible for essential rental coordination tasks, parts room management, equipment staging for technicians, and initial evaluation of all inbound equipment. The role requires proactive communication to ensure operational efficiency and high customer service standards.
- Maintains a safe working environment by following Airgas/Red-D-Arc’s health and safety guidelines.
- Ideally, you bring experience with all Forklifts and overhead crane operation. Collaborative coordination of shipping methods and shipping arrangements; prepare bills of lading, and other shipping documents manually or by computer.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from trucks or other conveyances.
- Help review and verify incoming goods against invoices or packing slips, record shortages and document damaged goods.
- Review returned equipment and assign units to the appropriate repair status and storage location. Support customer rental orders, perform order entry, review orders for freight details, and verify all outbound shipments for accuracy.
- Sustain and look after accurate parts and accessory (ACCY) inventory levels, perform procurement, consumption, and scrap recommendations, and ensure proper 6S segregation standards are met.
- Partner with technicians to prepare work, facilitate the movement of equipment in and out of tech bays, and act as a supportive resource for equipment requests and inquiries.
- Assemble containers and crates, pack goods to be shipped, and affix identifying information and shipping instructions.
- Share in the administrative duties of the facility and step in to support the facility alongside the team in the absence of the PMT Manager.

Are you a MATCH?
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
- Experience with UPS Software, Bill of Ladings, LTL Carriers, Expediting Shipments
- Greater than five years of experience in the Rental, Retail or Related industry
- Equipment repair and maintenance training would be a benefit
- Forklift operation as well as rigging and securing loads.
- Relationship Building: Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Decision Making: Must be able to work independently while making decisions based on company policies and objectives.
- Problem Solving: Must be able to proactively and methodically deal with conflicting goals and challenging situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Customer service in an industrial/rental environment is preferred.
- Working knowledge of positioning equipment, welding applications and equipment is an asset.
- Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with little supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects, meets deadlines, and creatively solves problems
- Adaptable to set and prioritize work with varying exceptions
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds
- Communicates with clarity, verbally in one on one or group situations, and over the telephone
- Communicates well in writing by composing clear documents
