- Hit core weekly performance metrics to keep your pipeline full, aiming for 50 to 100 cold calls per week to secure high-value virtual or desirable in-person meetings.
- Build and pursue a robust sales funnel. Move prospects from initial contact to close by presenting smart, data-driven print, digital, events, and social marketing solutions.
- Retain your current customers by providing exceptional, high-touch customer service and delivering measurable advertising results.

- A fast-paced, proactive mindset. In this role, every day is different—you must be highly flexible, able to pivot quickly when things don't go as planned, and drive timelines forward.
- A track record of closing deals and a "thick skin" to handle the natural rejections that come with aggressive prospecting and cold-calling.Exceptional ability to engage with a diverse range of business owners and professional clients in person, over the phone, via text, and through email.
- Familiarity with a wide portfolio of advertising solutions (digital, print, social media, and events) to build the right proposals for the right clients.
