Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Process warranty claims
• Verify criteria required by factory or distributor
• Post credits on computer
• Track parts by tagging
• Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor, or to be scrapped
• Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid claims
• Other duties as assigned

Here’s what you’ll need:

• 2 years of experience as warranty clerk or similar experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong trouble-shooting skills and demonstrated trustworthiness
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Advanced computer skills
