Human Resource Specialist

We are currently seeking a Human Resource Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will align resources and services to deliver customized HR service solutions that result in improved performance management and positively impact our clients’ business. In addition, you will collaborate with client management and key decision makers to build meaningful relationships and provide guidance as a trusted HR business partner.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Manage a book of business by consistently contributing to clients’ overall success and growth.
• Collaborate with client management and key decision makers on alignment of HR business strategy and goals.
• Consult with client management and key decision makers on HR-related issues, suggest new HR strategies and provide HR guidance when appropriate.
• Evaluate and anticipate HR-related needs and strategize with client management and key decision makers.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years’ human resources experience.
• Human resources certification preferred.

Insperity provides a reasonable compensation range for each posted role in accordance with applicable pay‑transparency laws. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of job‑related factors, including skills, experience, and geographic location.

PAY TRANSPARENCY: LA $70,304 - $75,049
