Application automation

Supported ATS platforms. Explicit consent. Manual fallback.

Jobeezy fills application forms on supported platforms when you ask it to — and tells you clearly when it cannot.

How automation works

You initiate. We fill. Unsupported flows go manual.

01

Explicit consent gate

Automation is disabled by default. You enable it at the account level, then initiate submission individually for each job.

No background submissions without your action.
02

Supported ATS platforms

Automation currently covers Greenhouse, Lever, and Workday. Applications on these platforms are filled using browser-based form automation with your tailored resume and profile.

Domain allowlist prevents submissions to unknown platforms.
03

Manual-required fallback

If the ATS is unsupported, the URL is unreachable, or the form has changed, the application is marked manual-required instead of silently failing.

You always know when you need to apply yourself.
Safety and boundaries

What automation does not do.

No blanket coverage

Automation does not work everywhere.

Only allowlisted ATS domains are supported. Custom career sites, unsupported platforms, and non-HTTPS URLs are rejected at request time.

Security checks

URL validation blocks unsafe targets.

Private IPs, credentialed URLs, and non-HTTPS destinations are blocked before any form interaction begins.

Visible lifecycle

Every application has a clear state.

Queued, processing, submitted, manual-required, failed, or cancelled — every stage is visible in your timeline.

Next step

Track every application from submission to outcome.
