Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 10, 2026

Nature of Service

Jobeezy is a consumer productivity tool that operates exclusively on behalf of individual job seekers. Jobeezy is not an employer, an employment agency, or a recruitment firm. Jobeezy does not provide any output to employers, does not screen candidates on behalf of employers, and does not participate in any employer hiring decision. By using Jobeezy, you are directing Jobeezy to act as your personal assistant in your own job search.

Overview

Jobeezy is a job-search and application-assistance product. It supports account creation, resume upload and analysis, AI-assisted tailoring, subscription features, and optional automation on supported job sites.

Accounts And Security

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting account access, and using the service lawfully. The repository indicates support for password resets, device-session management, optional MFA, and session revocation. The service may suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, fraud, or conduct that threatens the product or other users.

Optional Automation And Connected Accounts

Repository evidence indicates that automation is optional and requires a dedicated consent step before automated job applications can be submitted on a user's behalf.

When automation is enabled, the product may use a user's resume, tailored materials, and profile data to fill and submit supported application forms after the user initiates an application flow. The current in-app consent copy states that these supported automated submit flows do not sign in to employer accounts in this release.

Repository evidence also indicates users can later revoke automation consent from the profile automation settings. Revocation stops new automated queueing and cancels queued supported applications that have not started yet.

The current repository indicates automated submission is limited to supported job sites and applicant-tracking systems. The currently supported ATS platforms are Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and iCIMS. Unsupported or blocked flows may fall back to manual completion or be marked as manual-required instead of being silently submitted.

Users remain responsible for:

  • reviewing the accuracy of their profile, resumes, answers, and application materials
  • ensuring they have the right to use connected job-site credentials
  • deciding whether to enable automation at all
  • complying with the terms and requirements of third-party job sites they choose to use

The repository also indicates that some application flows may fall back to manual completion when automation is unsupported or blocked.

Automated Application Submission

When you use Jobeezy's automated application feature, Jobeezy submits applications to third-party platforms on your behalf using browser automation. Jobeezy cannot guarantee that every submission will be received, processed, or acknowledged by the destination platform. Third-party platforms may implement technical measures that affect the reliability of automated submission. You will be notified of the submission outcome as reported by the destination platform, and you are responsible for verifying receipt of applications for roles that are important to you.

Third-Party Credentials

Users may choose to store third-party job-site login credentials for supported providers. Repository evidence indicates these credentials are encrypted before storage. The current release's supported automated submit flows do not sign in to employer accounts, and unsupported or login-required jobs can fall back to manual completion instead. Users should only connect credentials they are authorized to use and should understand that third-party sites may change, block automation, or impose their own contractual restrictions.

Limitation of Liability for Credential Storage

You may choose to store credentials for third-party platforms with Jobeezy to enable automated application features. These credentials are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption. Jobeezy's liability for any unauthorized access to stored credentials is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Jobeezy in the three months preceding the incident or one hundred dollars, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

AI-Assisted Features

The product can parse resumes, tailor resumes and related materials, generate cover letters, and assist with some screening-question responses using AI-assisted processing. When these features run, resume text, job-posting text, and related application context — which may include personally identifiable information — are sent to external large-language-model providers. The current provider set is OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Data sent to these providers is subject to each provider's own data-handling policies. AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Users should review all generated output before using it. The service does not guarantee job interviews, job offers, employer responses, or perfect factual accuracy in generated content.

Some AI outputs are cached for a short period to avoid repeating the same work.

Billing And Subscriptions

Repository evidence indicates the product offers free and paid plan behavior with quotas, and uses store-linked subscription handling through RevenueCat and the relevant mobile app stores. Subscription status, restore purchases, and plan quotas are part of the product behavior.

Any final published version should align with actual app-store subscription terms, pricing, renewal behavior, cancellation handling, and refund rules.

Notifications And Communications

The repository indicates users can choose notification settings and quiet-hours preferences. The service may send transactional account, security, resume, application, quota, and billing-related communications that support account operation and security.

Acceptable Use

Users may not use the service to:

  • break the law
  • submit false, misleading, or unauthorized applications
  • attempt to compromise the service or other accounts
  • misuse automated flows in a way that violates third-party site rules or rights
  • interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or its security controls

Third-Party Services And Sites

The product interacts with third-party services, including app stores, infrastructure providers, notifications and analytics vendors, AI providers, and external job sites. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices, and availability may change outside Jobeezy's control.

Data Export, Account Deletion, And Changes

Repository evidence indicates users can export their account data and delete their accounts in-product. User-initiated deletion is designed to remove the account immediately after confirmation rather than placing it into a recoverable deactivation window. The service may also change features, quotas, or supported integrations over time. Publication-ready legal language for suspension, termination, and changes in service should be reviewed by counsel.

Disclaimers And Liability

The repository can support engineering facts about automation, AI, billing, and security, but it cannot determine the final legal disclaimer and liability position. These clauses must be finalized by counsel.

External Links And Policy Hosting

The mobile app currently points users to external legal URLs defined in code:

  • Terms of Service: https://jobeezy.com/terms
  • Privacy Policy: https://jobeezy.com/privacy

Publishing or updating those hosted pages is an out-of-repo deployment step unless this repository later contains the website source.
