Data controls
Export, delete, and manage every piece of your data.
Jobeezy gives you direct controls over your account data — export it, delete it, disconnect credentials, and configure notifications on your terms.

01
Full account export
A single export retrieves your profile, resumes, job applications, tailored resumes, job interaction history, notification history, device sessions, credential metadata, billing records, usage quotas, and notification preferences.
11 data categories in one downloadable JSON file.
02
No sensitive secrets included
Exports exclude password hashes, MFA secrets, and recovery codes. Credential metadata is included without plaintext tokens.
Auth secrets never leave the backend boundary.
03
In-product access
Data export is available directly in the app — no support ticket or waiting period required.
Your data whenever you want it.
Account deletion
Permanent, immediate, with no grace period.
Password confirmed
Deletion requires your password.
Account deletion starts with a timing-safe password verification to prevent unauthorized removal.
Hard delete
No soft-delete. No grace period.
Resume files are removed from storage, all device sessions are revoked, billing events are purged, and the database record is permanently deleted.
Audit logged
Deletion is logged with timestamp and user ID.
The deletion event is recorded for compliance purposes even after the account data is gone.
Notification controls
Choose what you hear about and when.
01
Per-type toggles
Push and email notifications have separate toggles for applications, job matches, tailoring, resume updates, and quota alerts. Turn each one on or off independently.
Transactional notifications (password reset, session revocation) always deliver.
02
Quiet hours
Set a timezone-aware window — for example, 10 PM to 8 AM — and push notifications are held until your quiet hours end.
Email and in-app notifications are not affected by quiet hours.
03
Automation consent
Automated application submission is off by default and requires an explicit account-level opt-in plus a per-job action to initiate.
