Queued and processing
Applications enter the queue when you initiate them and move to processing when automation begins working on the form.
From the moment you queue a submission to the final outcome, Jobeezy logs every event so you always know where things stand.

Successful submissions are logged as submitted. When a confirmation signal is received, it appears as a separate confirmation event in the timeline.
If automation cannot complete the application, you see manual-required with a clear reason. Transient failures are marked failed and eligible for retry.
Network timeouts, rate limits, and expired sessions retry with backoff. Auth failures get a limited retry window.
CAPTCHA, changed forms, closed jobs, and duplicate applications do not retry — they go straight to manual recovery.
The timeline is an append-only audit log. Queued, retry-scheduled, failed, and submitted events stay visible for your records.
