If you are a competitive closer who knows how to follow up fast, run a strong tour, and consistently beat sales goals, AIR Communities wants to talk to you. This is a high-visibility onsite leasing role at Vineyards at Paseo Del Sol, our 288-unit apartment community in Temecula, CA, where top performers are rewarded for leasing volume, quality, and sustained performance.

What We Offer

Expected total annual compensation of $55,000–$65,000+, including a base pay of $18 - $20.00 per hour plus high-volume, lucrative commission opportunities. You will be provided a base pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

Multiple ways to increase your commission per lease include:

  • Longer lease term: 18+ month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length
  • Higher rent rate unit: Updated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc.
  • Exceeding monthly goal: Several tiers to increase percentage of total lease value earned per lease
  • 25% Rent Discount at any AIR community. Option to live onsite with zero commute or at a nearby AIR community.

What You Will Do

  • Own your pipeline from first inquiry through signed lease by following AIR’s sales process with urgency, strong follow-up, and disciplined conversion activity.
  • Schedule and conduct compelling community tours that sell lifestyle, value, and apartment fit — and convert qualified traffic into leases.

  • Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.
  • Contribute to community marketing efforts, including local outreach, digital engagement, and community-level lead generation.
  • Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations

Who You Are

  • Goal-driven, competitive, and motivated by performance-based earnings
  • Fast-moving and adaptable when priorities, traffic, and leasing volume shift
  • Customer experience focused without losing sight of the close

  • Preferred backgrounds include property management, wireless retail, automotive sales, real estate, hospitality sales, retail sales, restaurant sales leadership, home services, or other high-volume consultative sales environments
  • Demonstrated success following a structured sales process, managing follow-up, and converting leads into signed agreements
  • Evidence of tenure and growth, including sustained success in one role or with one employer long enough to show progression and performance consistency
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to address current and future resident needs
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, lead management tools, and leasing technology
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work during our office hours. Typical schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday, 10am-7pm (hours may vary based on community and season).
