Job Description

Compensation: $28.00 per hour

Job Overview

The Property Technician is responsible for supporting the overall appearance, maintenance, and functionality of the property through a variety of general labor, cleaning, and maintenance activities. This role performs routine property upkeep, assists with basic repairs, operates hand and power tools, and helps ensure the property, equipment, and vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform general labor and maintenance tasks to support the upkeep of the property, buildings, and surrounding grounds.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of exterior spaces, including power washing, sweeping, polishing, pressure cleaning, and debris removal.
  • Assist with routine maintenance of gates, gutters, walls, ceilings, and other property features.
  • Clean, detail, and maintain company vehicles, utility vehicles (UTVs), and equipment.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment as needed to complete assigned work.
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain an organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are properly stored.
  • Assist with basic repairs and preventative maintenance projects as directed.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions while working collaboratively with team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall maintenance and operation of the property.
