At Elitek Vehicle Services, an LKQ Company, we’re looking for skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

Provide administrative support to the Elitek Vehicle Services sales and customer service teams through a variety of office and operational functions. Responsibilities include providing customer service, data entry, report generation, spreadsheet management, and general office support. This position also manages supply and marketing material inventory, including ordering, shipping, receiving, tracking, and maintaining appropriate stock levels. Additional duties and responsibilities may vary based on the needs of the location.

Compensation

$20 - $25 per hour (depending on experience)Essential Job Duties

  • Provide general administrative assistance to management and staff.
  • Maintain accurate data and records in company systems, create and update spreadsheets, and generate reports as needed to support sales, customer service, and operational activities.
  • Supply and marketing material inventory, including ordering, shipping, receiving, tracking, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
  • Conduct outbound customer calls to support engagement and promote ongoing use of Elitek services.
  • Provide quality customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Not responsible for supervising employees.

Minimum Requirements

Hybrid Schedule

  • Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Tuesday - Thursday in office Monday & Friday remote

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
  • 1+ years of related experience required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
  • Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and Powerpoint presentations to support business objectives.
  • Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others and make presentations to department or middle management.
  • Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.
  • Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.
  • Results are defined; sets personal own goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction.
  • Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity.
  • Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently.
  • Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements).
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
