Your Responsibilities
Searching for an energetic operational support professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats to manage our busy branch office. If you are a reliable, well-organized person who can handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management, we want to talk to you!
As a Scheduler/Operation Support Specialist you will be responsible for scheduling jobs and acting as a liaison between customers and production. In addition, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to ordering material, assisting with HR administrations and employee relations programs.
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, voice mail systems and personal computers.
- Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records and or reports.
- Maintain and update database systems using a computer.
- Manage, review and coordinate schedules.
- Communicate daily with key stakeholders (Administrative Specialist, Sales Staff and Production Staff)
- Communicate daily with customers to schedule jobs, confirm jobs, and inform of any schedule changes or cancellations.
- Review work orders, files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication.
- Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).
