Job Title: Associate Director, Middle Office Solutions, Collateral Management Specialist

About the Role
The Associate Director for Collateral Management is responsible for providing strategic leadership and subject matter expertise across collateral management, middle office operations, regulatory margin compliance, and operational controls supporting complex investment portfolios. This role serves as the firm's expert on Uncleared Margin Rules (UMR), Average Aggregate Notional Amount (AANA) calculations, AcadiaSoft, and business representative of the priority collateral management platform.
The individual will lead business and operational initiatives, oversee reconciliation and trade support functions, manage multiple teams and department leaders, and drive technology enhancements for priority systems. This position partners with Prime Brokers, Custodians, and Counterparties to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic business growth.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Buyside Collateral Management, including Initial Margin (IM), Variation Margin (VM), collateral optimization, dispute management, and margin settlements.
- Provide expert guidance on Uncleared Margin Rules (UMR), ISDA SIMM, regulatory margin requirements, and industry best practices.
- Lead annual and ongoing AANA calculations, assessments, and reporting to determine UMR compliance obligations.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impacts across collateral, operational, and technology platforms.
- Support client and counterparty onboardings, account setup, custodial relationships, and collateral documentation initiatives.
- Technology & Business Analysis Leadership
- Lead business analysis efforts supporting collateral management and middle-office technology platforms.
- Gather, define, and prioritize business requirements for strategic system enhancements and transformation initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Drive automation initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.
- Reconciliation, Trade Support & Operations Management
- Oversee daily reconciliation of cash, positions, and transactions across multiple asset classes including.
- Analyze, investigate, and resolve operational breaks and collateral disputes.
- Establish controls and service-level standards for operational processes and exception management
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience in collateral management, middle-office operations, derivatives operations, securities operations, or capital markets
- Demonstrated knowledge in:
- UMR regulations
- AANA calculations
- Initial Margin and Variation Margin processes
- ISDA SIMM methodology
- AcadiaSoft
- OTC derivatives and securities products
- Proven experience developing business requirements and leading technology enhancement initiatives
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management, reconciliation processes, settlements, and operational controls

New York: The expected base salary for the position is between 60,000 USD to 90,000 USD.
