Full job description
Compensation for this role is $85,000- $95,000. This role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

What your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on automation, reporting, and data visibility to improve operational performance and drive measurable business results.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools using Power BI and other business intelligence platforms to support operational decision-making.
- Partner with operations, IT, business development, and customer stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop automated solutions that improve reporting accuracy, reduce manual processes, and increase operational efficiency.
- Facilitate meetings with internal teams and customers to present performance insights, recommend solutions, and drive project execution.
- Support new customer implementations and system enhancements by configuring solutions based on defined business requirements and providing post-implementation support.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical and operational teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into practical, sustainable solutions.
- Monitor and report on key process improvement initiatives, measuring productivity gains, operational efficiencies, and business impact.
- Train, mentor, and support team members on reporting tools, automation techniques, operational processes, and best practices.
- Build strong working relationships with internal leadership and customer stakeholders to support long-term operational success.
- Travel up to 25% to support implementations, process improvements, and operational initiatives across the network.
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, and process improvement
It’d be great if you also have:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Experience with automation tools like VBA or RPA
- Large scale project and implementation experience
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or SQL
- Competent data analysis and manipulation knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
