Sandisk is looking for a strategic, consumer-focused Senior Manager, Regional Social Media Marketing to shape how the brand shows up across social and creator channels in the Americas, including the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. This role will lead social activation, creator, gamer and influencer driven engagement and define how Sandisk connects with people through meaningful moments, thoughtful storytelling, and culturally relevant experiences.

The right leader will bring a strong consumer brand background, deep experience in social media and influencer strategy, and a clear point of view on how brands earn attention today. This person will lead a team, guide agency partners, and build programs that grow audiences, strengthen community, and bring Sandisk products to life for creators, gamers, and everyday consumers.

The right person will bring strong experience building communities, managing influencers at scale, and turning social activity into meaningful brand growth. This role blends strategy and execution, with a focus on creating work that feels authentic, earns attention, and supports business results.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Regional Integrated Marketing, with a dotted line to the Director, Global Social Media. The role partners closely with the Consumer Business, Regional Marketing, Events, Campaign teams, and cross-functional Go-To-Market and Sales partners to ensure strong execution and alignment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional social activation and creator strategy across the Americas with a clear, consistent brand and point of view.
  • Build programs that connect Sandisk to the moments that matter to consumers, from product launches to cultural and seasonal tentpoles.
  • Develop creator and influencer partnerships that feel natural, relevant, and built for each platform.
  • Grow audiences and engagement through content that is simple, sharp, and rooted in consumer insight.
  • Help Sandisk show up in gaming, creator, and lifestyle communities in ways that feel authentic and lasting.
  • Work across product, brand, communications, retail, and regional teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
  • Bring forward new ideas, content formats, and partnership models that keep the brand current and relevant.
  • Ensure creators are equipped with clear brand messaging, product knowledge, and communication guidance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for regional ambassadors, providing direction, support, and ongoing partnership management.
  • Lead social-first experiential activations that connect creators, consumers, and live brand moments, creating experiences designed to generate engagement, content, and lasting brand relevance.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team with clarity, trust, and high standards.
  • Represent the Americas social media function within Sandisk’s Consumer Business with credibility and perspective.
  • Track, measure, and report performance to inform future decisions and improve results.
  • Manage program budgets, partnership terms, contracts, and payment processes with care and precision.
  • Establish clear measurement frameworks and KPIs to evaluate social strategy, creator activation, audience growth, engagement, and business impact, using insights to continuously optimize performance.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise across major social platforms, with a strong understanding of how to tailor content and engagement strategies for gaming, lifestyle, and consumer audiences.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in social media, creator marketing, within a consumer brand or fast-paced consumer products environment.
  • Experience leading consumer brands where relevance, story, and audience connection matter.
  • A strong understanding of creators, gamers, and digital culture.
  • Experience managing teams and influencing across functions and regions.
  • Comfort working across North America and Latin America with cultural awareness and precision.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and retail activation strategies.
  • Strong analytical and commercial judgment.
  • Experience working across global brands and multicultural teams.
  • Multilingual capability, or experience working across diverse regional markets.
  • Strong understanding of regional consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • A thoughtful, modern leader who knows how to balance strategy, creativity, and execution.

  • An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
  • The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
  • You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Sandisk's Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.
