Provide support to the Corporate Accounts Payable team while experiencing the culture and activities of a large company’s accounting department. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with supplier payment processes.
- Review and approve expense reports.
- Assist with annual 1099 filings.
- Assist with departmental projects and other duties as may be assigned.
EDUCATION
Working towards a degree in Accounting or Finance
EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of computers: preferably Microsoft Office
COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
- Accuracy/Attention to detail.
- Good oral and written communication.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Willingness to learn new processes.
- Knowledge of accounting practice and procedures.
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.

Pay - $16 - $18/hourly
