About the Role

Generator Supercenter of Pensacola is looking for a motivated Install Helper/Apprentice to join our growing team in Pensacola, FL! Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians with the installation of residential and commercial standby generators
• Help with running conduit, wiring, and making electrical connections under supervision
• Assist with the placement and mounting of generator units and transfer switches
• Load, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and materials at job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times
• Support lead technicians with troubleshooting and service calls as needed

Requirements

• No prior experience required — willingness to learn electrical and generator installation is a must
• Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude is a plus
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working outdoors
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team-player attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in various weather conditions
