  • Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
  • Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
  • Promote safety, dignity, and independence
  • Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
  • Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
  • Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
  • In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
  • CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
  • Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
