This is a full-time, hands-on position that combines inside sales, customer service, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, takes initiative, and is comfortable working independently while managing the day-to-day operations of our Winter Haven location.

This position is responsible for opening and closing the store, assisting walk-in customers, answering incoming phone calls, following up on customer quotes and inquiries, processing sales orders, and supporting warehouse operations. The right candidate is organized, trustworthy, dependable, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as this role communicates daily with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.

This role also requires daily use of QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.), and other company software to manage customer information, sales orders, communication, and administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone who lives within a reasonable commuting distance of our Winter Haven office and is looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company.

Responsibilities

Open and close the store each business day Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally Welcome and assist walk-in customers Prepare quotes and process customer orders Follow up with customer inquiries, estimates, and open quotes Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish Use QuickBooks Online to create invoices, process orders, and manage customer information Use Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.) for communication and daily operations Assist customers in selecting fencing materials and products Pull, stage, and organize customer orders Load and unload materials safely Safely operate a sit-down forklift Assist with receiving inventory and maintaining accurate stock Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office, showroom, and warehouse Complete daily responsibilities independently with minimal supervision Perform other duties as assigned
