Senior Manager, Product Management – Rewards Redemption

Senior Manager, Product Management (PXDP55)

As a Senior Manager of Product Management within our Rewards CX & Redemptions Product Team, you will lead the product vision for three key redemption channels: Gift Cards, Miles Transfer, and Cash (including statement credits, checks, and direct deposit). These redemption channels are critical parts of the rewards customer experience, while also serving as important levers for the card business to drive revenue and elevate rewards valuations by affiliate partners.

You will manage a dedicated team of four product managers, guiding them from early-stage discovery to final delivery with the goals of reducing friction, increasing customer engagement, and improving the resilience and reliability of our technology. Basic Qualifications:

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

OR

  • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
