The Product Manager supports QVC, and helps shape digital products and experiences that improve how customers shop and engage with our brand. You’ll work across Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, and business teams to turn customer needs and roadmap priorities into clear requirements, prioritized backlog items, and measurable product outcomes. Where You'll Work
This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, or DE. This role may require you to be on site at our Pennsylvania location as needed.
What You'll Do
- Define and support product strategy for digital products and translate roadmap priorities into a well-managed product backlog
- Gather requirements with stakeholders and subject matter experts, deconstruct epics into user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria
- Prioritize backlog items based on customer needs, business value, dependencies, and delivery risk
- Partner with UX, Engineering, QA, and business teams in Agile ceremonies to clarify requirements, answer questions, and keep delivery moving
- Use customer research, analytics, feedback, and testing to inform product decisions, identify opportunities, and improve product outcomes
- Track product performance and help define KPIs to measure the impact of enhancements and new capabilities
- Communicate priorities, progress, and tradeoffs clearly across cross-functional partners
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of product management or related experience
- Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria in an Agile environment
- Experience gathering requirements and working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, engineers, UX, QA, and subject matter experts
- Ability to use customer research, feedback, and analytics to inform product decisions and prioritization
- Working knowledge of digital products, software development lifecycle, and Agile product delivery
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
