Our Newest Opportunity:
Brand Engagement Specialist
The Brand Engagement Specialist is a mid-level creative role focused on producing high-quality, on-brand design work across a wide range of formats — multimedia, video, presentations, social media assets, and marketing collateral. This person takes business priorities and turns them into visually strong, ready-to-use materials, from first concept to final file. The role supports brand engagement, leadership and change communications, and other high-visibility moments where design quality and message clarity both matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Design polished, on-brand creative assets across presentations, leadership decks, digital communications, videos, event materials, brand toolkits, message guides, and other strategic content needs.
- Bring key brand integration moments to life through visual storytelling, producing announcement graphics, co-branded assets, and welcome visit experiences that engage new teams and reinforce the OneDigital brand.
- Create and adapt digital-first assets for multiple formats and channels, understanding how audiences consume content across email, presentation, video, internal communications, social, and web environments.
- Collaborate with the M&A Communications & Integrations Lead to develop creative frameworks, including co-branded logos and communications toolkits, that support seamless brand integration across acquired firms.
- Support brand announcement creative strategy across key milestones such as acquisition announcements, business updates, product launches, and more, with a digital-first approach spanning email graphics, social assets, internal communications, and beyond.
- Partner cross-functionally with growth & sales teams, internal communications, M&A integration, regional teams, and other field & business stakeholders to ensure strong alignment across message, design, and delivery.
- Support the design and development of traditional media creative such as business cards, brand stationery, printed collateral, promotional items, and more.
- Use AI and digital tools thoughtfully to accelerate ideation, iteration, drafting, workflow efficiency, and content development while maintaining strong human judgment, brand quality, and creative discernment.
- Collaborate with internal creative partners and external agencies to translate business needs into effective concepts, ensure brand consistency across deliverables, and extend campaign or content work across channels and touchpoints.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least three years of relevant experience in a creative, brand, communications, or design-focused role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design, brand application, video development, and media-first communications materials, especially in social media.
- Fluency in video editing capabilities, with hands-on experience using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- High proficiency using AI and digital tools to support ideation, drafting, iteration, and creative workflow efficiency in a thoughtful, brand-safe way.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to refine messaging, structure communications, and present work with clear rationale.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, time management, and comfort owning multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva, with strong Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing email graphics, social assets, co-branded materials, announcement creative, and other digital-first communications assets.
- Exposure to web content management systems, email platforms, or digital content publishing workflows.
- Comfort contributing to light copyediting, headline development, script support, or message refinement in partnership with communications and brand leaders.
