What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily maintenance and housekeeping operations across the community
  • Respond to maintenance requests and building emergencies promptly
  • Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and ensure proper documentation
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety and strong first impressions across all areas
  • Support resident move-ins, room readiness and turnover processes
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety and risk management standards
  • Maintain life safety systems, alarms and fire protection equipment
  • Manage vendors, supplies and maintenance logs
  • Train team members on safety procedures and operational standards
  • Support department budget, expenses and operational efficiency

32.45 - 43.30
