What's the position?
Our LMS Administrator sits within our Customer Operations team, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Learning and Development.
The LMS Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our Learning Management System, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves coordinating with multiple departments to support the creation, delivery, and management of e-learning content, compliance and training programs.
Responsibilities
System Management:
- Manage and maintain the LMS, ensuring its functionality and performance.
- Perform regular system audits and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the LMS.
- Configure and customize the LMS according to organizational needs.
Content Management:
- Upload and organize e-learning content, including courses, modules, and assessments.
- Ensure that all learning materials are current, accurate, and accessible.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights.
User Support:
- Provide technical support and training to LMS users, including employees, instructors, and students.
- Develop and update user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
- Respond to user inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate and analyze LMS reports on user engagement, course completion, and other metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve the learning experience.
- Monitor and report on LMS performance and usage.
