As a (Senior) Analyst, you will be an integral member of Wilshire’s global Private Markets investment team. You will support the evaluation, selection and monitoring of private markets investments across Europe, while gaining exposure to the full investment process in a leading platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded, entrepreneurial professional who is passionate about private markets and eager to take responsibility in a collaborative, international investment environment.

What you’ll do

  • Support research and due diligence efforts across all private market segments (private equity, venture capital, private credit, private real assets) in Europe.
  • Contribute throughout the investment process, including market research, manager evaluation, investment analysis, preparation of investment materials and committee presentations.
  • Assist with the ongoing monitoring of private markets investments.
  • Contribute to the continued development of the team’s research capabilities, processes and investment insights.

What you have:

  • MSc. in finance, economics, engineering, or business-related studies
  • Internship and/or prior experience with a management consulting or financial services firm preferred (0-3 years of work experience)
  • A self-starter who is hard working and results oriented
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • A passion for excellence
  • An entrepreneurial bent and a “roll-up-the-sleeves” orientation
  • Excellent analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
  • Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • An easygoing and team-oriented personality
  • A high degree of integrity and professionalism
  • Interest in leveraging approved AI-enabled tools to streamline work processes, enhance productivity, and support high-quality outputs, while applying sound judgment, attention to detail, and adherence to firm policies.
  • This position will work on a hybrid model out of our Amsterdam office
