THE JOB

Office Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Basic secretarial duties, such as answering/returning phone calls, voicemails and emails
  • Professional handling of guest complaints, questions, or comments about upcoming and past events
  • Management of lost and found items
  • Mailing packages/letters out for various departments
  • Mail sorting and filing
  • Invoice management to include expense tracking, coding & submittal of invoices and communication with Accounts Payable team to ensure prompt payment
  • Maintaining visitor & package logs
  • Office upkeep such as basic organization, ordering & restocking of supplies and maintaining cleanliness of front office reception and kitchen areas
  • Assist with employee inquiries or direct to appropriate manager when needed
  • Support to payroll/schedule admin as needed
  • Other duties assigned by the General Manager

Event Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to Textline messages to help resolve our customer concerns through analysis to determine the most effective resolution
  • Adapt to customer needs ensuring they are understood and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectations
  • Solicit sales of new or additional services or products
  • Confer with customers by telephone or email to provide information about products or services, collect information for the appropriate department manager, or obtain details of complaints
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transaction, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as action taken. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Securely maintain and distribute show day credentials
  • Various show day related projects, often including tasks on Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Interact with and assist with venue staff, third party vendors, and tour staff in a professional manner.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Quality and Accuracy
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, Excellent verbal and written communication skills

HOURLY RATE: $22.00
