Servpro of Colorado Springs SE is hiring a Reconstruction Project Manager!

As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Reconstruction Project Manager demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Pay Rate: Salary $75k-90k + Bonus opportunities

As a Reconstruction Project Manager with SERVPRO Colorado Springs SE, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction
  • Manage the construction team and make sure all necessary permits are obtained
  • Make sure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements
  • Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
  • Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.
  • Negotiate terms and set clear expectations with customers and clients

Position Requirements

  • Previous residential construction management experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years of managing residential construction
  • Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • High school diploma/GED

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

  • Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat and cold
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
  • Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud
  • The Construction Project Manager must effectively manage high-pressure situations involving distressed

or difficult customers when necessary.
