Order Picker

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Flexible to move products efficiently for receiving, stocking, replenishments & order filling if needed
  • Drive stand up, dock stocker & sit down (Certified) lift trucks safely & efficiently
  • Seek knowledge or quickly learn all functions of the warehouse departments
  • Operate in & around trailers, containers & storage areas of the warehouse
  • Focus on safety, quality, daily objectives, flexibility & practice ownership/initiative
  • Follow directions & change priorities as needed in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform any manual or machine function at any time when need arises
  • Team lift & move boxes, products & pallets manually weighing up to 60 lbs
  • Perform housekeeping activities associated with various day to day assignments
  • Comply with all work instructions as determined by standards & procedures
  • Be ready to work on any of the operational areas of the warehouse as needed
  • Perform any other task requested by his/her supervisor

Core Qualifications

  • Fast-paced packing & warehouse environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Ability to operate lift trucks safely & efficiently
  • Basic inventory transaction computer skills
  • Lift certified or ability to obtain certification
  • Basic problem solving & decision-making
  • Basic math & counting accuracy/consistency
  • Strong work ethic with attention to details
  • WMS System/RF Scanner knowledge
  • Follow tasks within standards/procedures
  • Flexible to perform different requested/assigned tasks
  • Comply with work instructions within standard procedures
  • Able to read/write/speak basic English
  • Able to read/write/speak Spanish (Preferred)
  • Attend weekly pre-defined work schedule
  • Participate/Comply with EHS regulations & trainings
  • Clean/Housekeep work area as needed each day
