What You’ll Do

  • Provide full operational oversight including financial management, staffing, quality and compliance
  • Lead sales and marketing strategy to maximize occupancy, revenue and market position
  • Assess community needs quickly and implement performance improvement plans
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources and regional partners
  • Coach and develop Directors of Sales and leadership teams to achieve KPIs
  • Manage budgets, control expenses and oversee collections
  • Drive regulatory compliance, survey readiness and risk management
  • Champion resident engagement, family communication and team member experience
  • Support onboarding and transition of new Executive Directors

88,800.00 - 136,600.00
