Full job description

Provides administrative, operational, and organizational support for onboarding and long-term integration. This role collaborates with firm administration, office and practice leadership, and all other internal stakeholders to support seamless transitions and contribute to the long-term success and retention of hires.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Onboarding and Integration:

  • Supports in executing a tailored integration process for each new hire, including maintaining integration materials and coordinating milestone check-ins with new hires and firm leaders.
  • Assists in drafting and preparing individualized integration plans by reviewing recruiting materials, understanding the strategic rationale for each hire, identifying internal connections, and helping keep stakeholders aligned and on schedule.
  • Prepares materials and coordinates pre-arrival activities, including internal team meetings, pre-arrival calls with key stakeholders and partners, note-taking, follow-up summaries, and action items.
  • Coordinates introductions, office visits, and other onboarding activities; maintains onboarding checklists, workflow documents, and other recruiting and integration materials.

Integration Program Management:

  • Supports the development and implementation of individualized integration plans.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to coordinate integration activities, manage timelines, prepare action items, and support structured check-ins.
  • Anticipates next steps, follows up proactively, and helps ensure that integration initiatives and programs are executed effectively and on schedule.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

  • Maintains integration databases, dashboards, and tracking systems used to monitor onboarding progress, integration milestones, and overall outcomes.
  • Collaborates with necessary departments to gather and organize relevant data.
  • Prepares draft reports and supporting materials for leadership related to integration milestones, retention, engagement, and business development outcomes.

Education Minimum/Preferred: Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree

Years of Experience: 2 Years minimum | Prior experience in hospitality, event management, and/or project management preferred

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficient with webinar technology, Microsoft office suite, Internet research and other computer applications/skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in InterAction or other CRM programs highly desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate effectively and in a professional manner with all levels of the Firm and outside vendors
  • Ability to work in a diverse team environment and effectively support the demanding needs of the Firm
  • Must be a self-starter with a high level of initiative
  • Strong customer service skills, able to anticipate needs
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $22.40-32.69. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
